JAMMU:

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court dismissed two judges as their appointments were in violation of appointment rules.

The High Court announced its verdict on Friday explaining that Justice Rafiullah Sultani and Justice Younas Tahir's appointments were against the constitution.

The court said that their appointments are also against the Al-jihad trust case verdict of the Supreme Court of Pakistan which laid down the basic rules and regulations for the appointment of judges.
