England won the four-match ODI series 3-1 against Pakistan after beating the hosts by 84 runs in the final ODI in Dubai.

England won the toss and opted to bat first. They were bolstered by two tons from opener Jason Roy and wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler to set a mammoth 356-run target for Pakistan.

Muhammad Irfan and Azhar Ali bagged two wickets for Pakistan.

In their chase, Azhar Ali and company tried to attack the visitors in an attempt to level the series but wickets kept falling at regular intervals resulting in a defeat.

Spinners Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid bagged three wickets each for England.

Azhar Ali: Somebody has to score big when you are chasing 300+. Everyone was going along good but we missed one or two big innings. We want to play like this (aggressively). Its a big loss. Congratulation to the English side. We played bad cricket at some points. We could have done better. A player like Jos, when he gets going, you can't do much but we could have done better in the last overs.

Eoin Morgan: The best thing today was our batting. Our young bowling stepped up for us. This series has been a learning curve for us. Its been a magnificent series for us. Spinners today were key for us. Moeen and Adil were brilliant. We have a lot of character in our dressing room. Thanks to everybody at home and who came here.

Jos Buttler: To comeback and have a good day is really satisfying. Roy's innings set it up for us. The one to get to hundred was the best six for me.
