Debating society: Championship trophy comes to capital

Teams engaged in various critical discussions and debates during the event

ISLAMABAD: The Westminster School has managed to bring the Raziuddin Shaikh All-Pakistan Under-19 Debating Championship trophy to Islamabad, the first time in the society’s history. As many as 48 teams participated in the event, which spanned over four preliminary rounds, shortlisting 16 teams. The teams battled it out in the quarter and semifinals with Westminster School Islamabad and Lahore Grammar School Defence making it to the finals. Teams engaged in various critical discussions and debates during the event.
