Talking points: Appointments approved by syndicate

SWABI: The eighth meeting of the syndicate of the University of Swabi was held earlier this week to decide various items on the agenda. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Noor Jehan presided over the meeting. The syndicate approved appointments of senior faculty and various administrative positions, including chairperson for the departments of agriculture and zoology. The forum also approved the revised national salaries and allowances for employees of the varsity. Furthermore, a scrutiny committee was constituted for the selection board and the status of contract employees was also discussed.
