Amid Claims: ‘Plaza constructed on hospital property’

Hospital’s superintendent Dr Nekmatullah Khan said raw material has also been purchased to construct the plaza

BANNU: The superintendent of Women and Children Hospital in Bannu has voiced concerns over plans to construct a market plaza on property owned by the facility. Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, the hospital’s superintendent Dr Nekmatullah Khan said raw material has also been purchased to construct the plaza,” he said. “They received the green light from the Auqaf department,” he said. According to Dr Nekmatullah, he mentioned the issue to the district commissioner. “The hospital has even obtained a stay order from local courts but this has not stopped the construction plan.” He added the tehsil municipal administration has also put a claim on the said property, raising the total number of claimers of the same property to three.
