ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan Customs official was found dead within the limits of Lohi Bher Police Station on Tuesday. Police said Raja Ibrar, the deceased, went to work but did not return home on Monday. On Tuesday, a passer-by found the body near the Lohi Bher wildlife park and informed the police. Police suspected Ibrar might have been murdered. The body also bore signs of injuries. Ibrar, 50, was deputed at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport. Muhammad Bashir, investigation officer for the case, said post-mortem of the deceased would determine the cause of death. Last month, body of a customs intelligence officer was found hanging from a tree in the jurisdiction of Ramna police.
