According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), five rockets fired from the neighbouring border fell near the Pak-Afghan gate in Angore Adda, South Waziristan.
No loss of life was reported in the incident while security forces fired in the same direction, the ISPR added.

This was the fourth incident of cross-border fire from Afghanistan within a couple of weeks as on October 25, four Pakistani soldiers were killed when militants fired rockets from across the border in Khyber Agency.
Mortar shells fired from Afghanistan land in Kurram Agency
Two days later, another seven soldiers were killed when border post came under attack from the Afghan side of the Durand Line in South Waziristan Agency.
