Tragedy: Boy drowns in AJK stream

The deceased was laid to rest in his village on Saturday

MUZAFFARABAD: A 12-year-old boy drowned in a stream in Muzaffarabad district of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. Police said Shahid Awan, a sixth grade student, fell into the Kohori stream near Bashash area of Patika tehsil. The body was fished out of the stream near the Kohori bazaar. The deceased was laid to rest in his village on Saturday.
