Reckless driving: One dead, 15 injured in road mishap

The van overturned and 50-year-old Lal Jamila died on the spot

HANGU: A woman was killed while 15 others were injured when a passenger van overturned in Kacha Phatak area of Hangu on Sunday afternoon. An official of Hangu city police said the vehicle was en route to Orakzai Agency when the accident occurred. “The van overturned and 50-year-old Lal Jamila died on the spot.” According to the official, locals rushed the wounded to District Headquarters Hospital Hangu. “A man and two minors have been referred to a hospital in Peshawar for medical treatment,” he added.
