"Those talking about someone’s personal life should be ashamed," a furious Imran said, while addressing a press conference in Peshawar on Tuesday.
"There are some ethics. No one asks personal questions," he added. On October 30, Imran and Reham filed for divorce after a 10-month-long marriage.
Imran, Reham announce divorce after 10 months of marriage
“We have decided to part ways and file for divorce,” Reham Khan stated in a brief statement on her Twitter account on Friday. Half an hour later, Imran confirmed the move in a tweet of his own, saying that this was a “painful time for me and Reham and our families.”
Imran had married Reham, 20 years his junior, in a simple ceremony in January this year. However, Imran’s followers and well-wishers celebrated the wedding far and wide.

Imran declares war against K-P's 'mafia doctors'
Further, Imran declared a war against ‘mafia doctors’ who, according to him, have been obstructing the implementation of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government’s fresh legislation in the health sector.
“We will fight with you until the end. We will carry out demonstrations outside your houses and will expose you in the public besides fighting cases in courts,” the PTI chief said.
Friendly reminder: Imran Khan urged to transfer powers to LG
While the PTI chief appreciated the fact that his government in K-P had finally managed to get an improved legislation passed by the K-P assembly in January 2015, he lamented that a handful of doctors were resisting its implementation.
The PTI supremo announced to take the hospitals in K-P out of government’s control and put them under board of governors, saying it will not only “autonomise” the health institutions but will also improve facilities.
“The independent board of governors will work and take care of all hospital matters, including the hiring and firing of hospital staff on merit and rewarding them over their performance,” he said. “I will inaugurate Shaukat Khanam Memorial Hospital in Peshawar on November 29.”
Imran claimed that some doctors and medics had turned into mafias and had taken stay orders from courts to defend themselves against the new legislation.
Further, the PTI chief claimed to have created two man-made forests in Dera Ismail Khan district of K-P, adding both the forests are as big as the Changa Manga.
‘Won’t be spared’: Imran issues strong warning to Punjab police
Earlier, the PTI chief criticised the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) over the delayed conduct of local government (LG) elections in Punjab and Sindh. “Both the parties failed to conduct the LG polls in their six tenures. It is only because of the PTI’s pressure that they have got them conducted now.”
