PESHAWAR:

Security forces in Kalam have re-opened roads leading to mountainous areas on Wednesday. An insider told The Express Tribune, many people who were critically injured have been referred to hospitals in Peshawar. “Residents of Matta, Kabal, and Khwazakhela tehsils have urged the government to declare their region an earthquake-affected zone and provide assistance to them,” he added Jamil Khan, a resident of Matta, said security forces have only provided tents and food packages to the affected population in Charbagh tehsil and not Matta.
