ANP death toll: 92 activists killed in year 2010, says spokesperson
Up to of 92 activists and 87 sympathisers of the Awami National Party (ANP) were killed during the year 2010.

Up to of 92 activists and 87 sympathisers of the Awami National Party (ANP) were killed during the year 2010, said ANP spokesperson Qadir Khan.
In a statement released from Bacha Khan office, he said that most of their workers were killed in August while 21 were killed in May. “Killings of our party workers were carried out to limit ANP activities in the province,” said the statement. Several workers have been forced to shut down their businesses and leave the province, it added. The statement also said that the government failed to compensate the families of those activists who lost their lives.
