According to Express News, around a dozen mortar shells were fired from the Indian side of the border.

The deceased were identified as 14-year-old Aqeel and 10-year-old Saba.
Among the injured were Ashraf, Haider, Sajid, Abdul Sattar, Abdul Jabbar, Faisal, Hameeda and Rashida.
