Verbal Spat: PTI demands action against PML-N leader

Imran Ismail said he will go to the high court if a case is not registered against Aziz

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) submitted an application at the Sahil police station on Saturday, demanding the registration of a case against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Daniyal Aziz. The application was submitted by PTI’s deputy secretary-general Imran Ismail along with other party leaders, Faisal Vadwa and Khurram Sherzaman. They demanded a registration of a FIR against Aziz for threatening Ismail during a live show on a news channel. The PML-N leader reportedly made signs of a scissor in a reference to cutting Ismail’s tongue. Speaking to the media outside the police station, Ismail said that he will go to the high court if a case is not registered against Aziz.
