Inglot makes its way to Lahore
Polish brand’s concept store opens doors to public
LAHORE:
Named after its late founder Wojciech Inglot, an entrepreneurial chemist, the cosmestic brand Inglot has opened a first-of-its-kind concept store situated next to The Nishat Hotel in Lahore. With 30 years of experience as a recognised brand, Inglot has achieved its fair share of success in the cosmetics industry.
In partnership with the Mansha group who only recently introduced the high-end brand Swarovski in the country, Inglot will soon be opening another outlet in Z Block, DHA and will also extend its reach to other parts of Pakistan. “Inglot was looking to expand in our region because international brands have begun to realise the true potential of the market. Therefore, they touched base with us and we showed equal enthusiasm since it’s a high quality brand whose products are available at reasonable prices,” Nishat Linen CEO Naz Mansha shared at the brand’s launch.
Aleksandra, better known as Ola, is a professional make-up artist who flew in from Poland to train the Inglot staff at the store for a week. She highlighted the importance to the brand’s image for staff members treating walk-in customers correctly. Talking about the features that make Inglot unique, she says, “Our make-up is known for its pigments and the colour comes out extremely well, so it’s often used for experimental photo shoots.”
Offering an extensive range of cosmetics, Inglot manufactures beauty products for the face, eyes, lips, nails and body. A press release stated that the products are available in 1,500 colours, with the colours being extremely pigmented and having a long-lasting effect. Price tags for lipsticks range between Rs1,100 to Rs1,500, while nail colours are priced at Rs1,500. The price range for foundation falls between Rs1,450 to Rs3,650.
Housing all things make-up, the Polish cosmetics brand has become increasingly famous for its ‘Freedom System’ and breathable nail polishes. This features palettes which can be customised according to shades or product codes, depending on the colours customers seek.
Inglot’s stellar product, the breathable or O2M polish stands as one of the greatest achievements of Wojciech who designed the nail colour to create what he billed a healthier alternative to traditional nail enamels.
