Knock-out: T-20 cricket tournament begins

JAMRUD: The third All FATA Kashif Shaheed T-20 cricket tournament kicked off at Jamrud Sports Complex on Sunday. Pakistan Khyber team beat Young Tauheed by 43 runs in the opening match after winning the toss and opting to bat. Wahid Gul starred with the bat and scored a half century to help the Khyber team score 160. Khyber Cricket Association Patron-in-Chief Taimoor Afridi, KCA President Naimat Afridi and KCA General Secretary Muhammad Umar were at the event. Around 80 teams from the agency will participate in tournament which will be played on a knock-out basis.
