Theft: Action sought against four for stealing sand

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments on Monday from the Kahna SHO on a petition seeking action against four people for stealing sand from the petitioner’s land.

Abdul Aziz told the court that on September 16 he had visited his land and found Asghar and three other people loading sand on a trolley. He said more than 40 trolleys of sand had been stolen from his land. He said that when he tried to stop them they beat him up and fled. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case against the men.
