On video: Afghan arrested for raping child

Kotnajibullah police said they arrested an Afghan national for allegedly sexually assaulting an Afghan boy in the area near the refugee camp.
According to a police official, 12-year-old Rehman*, a resident of Afghan Camp No 18 in Panian, was on his way home after saying Asr prayers at the local mosque on Wednesday when Amirullah forcibly dragged the boy to his home and sodomised him.

The accused also filmed the crime on his mobile phone and threatened the boy he would circulate the video if Rehman does not remain silent. However, Rehman informed his parents.
