After five years of marriage, the two actors called it quits

Acclaimed Bollywood actors Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranvir Shorey announced their separation after five years of tying the knot.

The couple, who had been dogged by rumours that there was trouble in their marital life for long, will continue to co-parent their four-year-old son Haroon.

Both actors took to Twitter to announce their separation and kept the message same:

Konkona and I have mutually decided to separate, but continue to be friends and co-parent our son. Will appreciate your support. Thank you.
