
A 20-member delegation of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has left for Russia to explore opportunities between the two countries. The delegation was organised as per Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar’s instructions.
TDAP is keen on increasing the export of food items to Russia in a situation when Russian Federation has imposed a ban on import from European Union and the US. The TDAP chief executive is leading the trade delegation to Russia.
TDAP, in coordination with the Embassy of Pakistan at Moscow, has arranged business-to-business (B2B) meetings of leading exporters of Pakistan with the food and agricultural products importers of Russia.
During the visit, a MOU for cooperation will be signed by the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Pakistan is also simultaneously participating in the World Food Moscow with 12 companies of Agro Food Products.
