Anti-polio drive: Campaign kicks off in five districts

Workers visited areas of these districts to administer polio drops to 117,8200 children up to the age of five years

LARKANA: A three-day anti-polio campaign started in five districts of Larkana on Monday, with the aim to make Pakistan a polio free country. The drive has started in Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Kashmore-Kandhkot districts, which will continue till September 16. The workers visited areas of these districts to administer polio drops to 117,8200 children up to the age of five years. The teams visited the bus stands, railway stations and also went from door-to-door to administer polio drops and to accomplish the task.
