LAHORE:
Lahore High Court on Friday postponed until September 14 the hearing of a petition against the government’s alleged inaction against bonded labour. The petitioner told the court the government had not been doing enough to curb the menace of child and bonded labour. The petitioner requested the court to order a raise in the stipend for the children registered with Baitul Maal. The court ordered the petitioner to conclude his arguments until September 14.
