The event was organised by Mohenjoz, in collaboration with the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, Lok Virsa and the Sadequain Art Society.
The exhibition aims to promote arts and crafts form all provinces, with a focus on benefitting master artisans from remote areas of the country.
The exhibition aims to showcase the creativity of over 100 national artisans. Artists from across the country displayed their art, handmade crafts, homemade textiles, gift items, accessories and cuisine.
The main features of the exhibition include an artisans-at-work exhibition, a display by public sector and non-governmental organisations, and a crafts bazaar.
A jury at the event will also recommend cash prizes for artisans.
Competitions for the youth are also being arranged during the three-day event, beginning with a ‘selfie’ and photography competition on Friday.
Other competitions planned during the event include painting, calligraphy, sketching, photography, short film, videography and singing.
The exhibition will conclude on September 13.
