ISLAMABAD:

The CDA’s Directorate of Health Services (DHS) has issued 810 notices to different food outlets for selling sub-standard, unhygienic and adulterated food in the capital during the ongoing year.

In a statement issued on Monday, the CDA said that 26 FIRs had also been lodged against the sellers who repeatedly violated food laws in the city compromising on food quality. The statement said action against violators would continue during the remaining part of the year.
