Technology: Mobile app launched to trace out-of-school kids
PEF Chairman said the foundation was helping the deserving children receive education at its partner schools

The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has launched an android-based mobile phone application to identify out-of-school children.
The app Mujhay School Bhaijain is available free of charge on Google Play Store and on the PEF’s website. A ceremony to launch the app was held at PEF head office on Friday.
PEF Chairman Qamarul Islam Raja said the foundation was helping the deserving children receive education at its partner schools. “A modern system has been designed to ensure that no child is deprived of education.” He urged citizens to install the application and upload data of the children unable to afford school fees.
