Unprotected roads: Villager murdered in Hassanabdal
The body was handed over to the family and a case was registered against unidentified persons
HASSANABDAL:
A man was found murdered in the limits of Saddar Police Station in Hassanabdal on Monday night.
Locals said robberies have increased on the road leading to the deceased’s village, and demanded that the administration and police take measures to secure the road, especially after dark.

A man was found murdered in the limits of Saddar Police Station in Hassanabdal on Monday night.
Police said Tariq Mehmood was found dead on the way to his village, Jahanabad. The body bore signs of torture, said officials.
Police took the body to the tehsil headquarters hospital for postmortem where doctors said the man was killed with rods and a sharp-edged tool.
