Disabled cricket: Karachi Blues win by 121 runs

Rabish Ahmed’s century guided Karachi Blues U19 Cricket Team to a 121-run win over Pakistan Disabled Cricket Team (PDCT) in a Twenty20 practice match at the National Stadium of Karachi on Wednesday.


Batting first, Karachi U19 posted 214-5 in their allotted 20 overs as opener Ahmed smashed 104 in 50 balls along with Kashif Iqbal scoring 31 runs from 19 balls as left-arm spinner Ameer Ahmed took two wickets for 45 runs.


In reply, PDCT managed to make only 93 runs with the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs as medium-pacer Azizuddin grabbed three wickets along with Asher Qureshi and Hasan Mehmood taking two wickets each.
