'Chaudhry Nisar in London to discuss MQM, Baloch insurgents'
Sources say Nisar will also discuss matters related to Dr Imran Farooq’s murder during his 10-day visit

Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar arrived in London on Wednesday to discuss with British authorities Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain's inflammatory speeches and Baloch insurgents.
"The interior minister will discuss matters pertaining to the MQM chief and Baloch insurgents seeking asylum in the United Kingdom while they trigger violence in Karachi and Balochistan," sources told The Express Tribune.
Further, during his ten-day official visit to London, Nisar will also discuss matters related to MQM convener Dr Imran Farooq’s murder, the source added.

However, Information Minister Pervez Rashid ruled out a meeting between Nisar and the MQM chief. "Chaudhry Nisar is unlikely to meet Altaf Hussain during his visit," Rashid told The Express Tribune.
Earlier a senior interior ministry official had said, the interior minister, who will go to Italy after concluding his London visit, will call for an action against Altaf under the UK laws. The MQM chief has been seeking help of hostile spy agency operating from India to interfere in Pakistan’s affairs.
The government has been claiming that Altaf’s ‘foul speeches’ worsen Karachi’s situation. The head of Balochistan Liberation Army, Hyrbyair Marri, who is currently residing in the UK, often issues statements about the unrest in Balochistan.
Earlier on Friday, the security czar met Britain’s top diplomat in the country presumably to discuss issues related to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), officials said.

“Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan met British High Commissioner Philip Barton in Islamabad and discussed issues pertaining to the murder of Imran Farooq and MQM chief Altaf Hussain’s controversial speeches against Pakistan,” a senior interior ministry official said.
The official added that Nisar and Barton also discussed ties between Pakistan and the UK, the regional situation and other important matters concerning both countries.
