A security guard was shot dead under unexplained circumstances in Jhangi Syedan.
Police said the deceased was on duty at Faisal Mor bus stop when two armed motorcyclists shot at him and fled.
He was taken to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences where he died of bullet injuries. The Noon police have registered a blind murder case and an investigation is under way.
