This or that?: Sizzling in the day, dazzling at night

Selena Gomez has most definitely taken it up a notch since her Disney days. She’s one Hollywood A-lister who knows how to dress — be it in the sun or the moonlight. Recently, the singer got the balance of sultry and classy spot-on as she stunned in Los Angeles and New York, respectively.

Hair and make-up

The Slow Down singer let her hair flow free in a sleek poker-straight fashion. Sporting a subtle smoky eye, the gorgeous star decided to keep the rest of her make-up modest with a nude lip, defined brows and flushed cheeks. She looked like the perfect summer treat.

Outfit

Selena left us speechless in an ivory Atea Oceanie mid-calf dress, which hugged her curves in all the right places. We love this chic satin dress on the singer — the bodycon silhouette enhanced her waist impeccably, while the minimalist design and midi length kept things uber sophisticated.

Accessories

Rocking an all-white style, the 23-year-old accessorised her look with jet-black pointed patent pumps and a chain detail handbag. Talk about being discreet and classy at the same time.

Hair and make-up

Selena left her glossy brunette mane loose, finishing off her look with a slick of russet-red lipstick. A light matte blush and kohl-rimmed eyes added to the muted glam get-up. The Spring Breakers diva looked like the epitome of elegance, leaving Starbucks with her coffee in hand as she headed for dinner.

Crop tops and skirts certainly make for a scene-stealing ensemble. As usual, Selena dazzled in a grey long-sleeved knit crop top with a black-pleated skirt. The outfit showcased her taut waistline and slender legs. We had all the reasons to swoon.

Accessories and shoes

Selena matched her graceful panache with a pair of black mules and trendy sunglasses by Christian Dior. The star could’ve done better with her shoe choice, but we loved her accessory-free, bare-minimum look.
