Readers alert: Book corner to be launched by SU

HYDERABAD: The Book Corner of Comrade Taj Muhammad Abro, who was an intellectual, judge, politician, social worker, educationist and journalist, will be inaugurated today (Tuesday) by University of Sindh vice-chancellor Prof Dr Abida Tahirani. The inauguration of the book corner will be held at the research library of the Institute of Sindhology on the eve of his 91st birth anniversary, said the spokesperson. The books kept in the corner are said to be unique and priceless, which were collected by Abro himself. Renowned intellectuals and scholars will speak about the services that he rendered as an intellectual, judge, social worker, educationist and a journalist.
