Without naming Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain, the JI chief referred to his recent statements and said people who are calling Nato, India and United Nations for help should leave this country as there is no place for such people in Pakistan.
He also criticised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for not taking notice of Altaf’s recent statements.
“Why the prime minister has not taken immediate action on such statements by a foreign national against Pakistan and Pakistani forces,” he said, adding that: “If the ruling party wanted to see a peaceful Pakistan, it should concentrate on Karachi first and bring peace to it”.

He said the people of Pakistan are awake; the people of Karachi are awake and they know who is speaking for them and who is against them.
“Karachi leads Pakistan, but the people who call themselves representatives of Karachi have destroyed this city. People of Karachi are the real heirs of Pakistan,” Haq said.
The JI chief asked the caretakers of Karachi and the provincial government to provide employment to the people of Karachi and to end land grabbing in the city. He also called to end the energy crisis in the metropolis.
“Karachi is the city that runs Pakistan; the problems of this city must end now,” he said.
The JI chief said his party is not against any religion or ethnicity, but corrupt mafia and incompetent leaders who have looted the country.
