Negligence? Three suspects escape from court

KARACHI: Five policemen were arrested following the escape of three suspected criminals from the city courts on Sunday. Suspects Shan alias Shani, Muhammad Akram and Shan were arrested by the Nazimabad police on Saturday and were brought to the court to be remanded. After their custody was given to the Nazimabad police, the suspects managed to escape from the court premises. Following the incident, police officials have suspended and arrested five policemen for their negligence. A sub-inspector was among the arrested policemen.
