Munir topped the leaderboard at 17-under-par 199 at the close of the third day.
Rawalpindi Golf Club’s Shahid Javed Khan finished second after aggregating 12-under-par 204, while defending champion Shabbir Iqbal continued his journey up the ranks as he finished third with nine-under-par 207 after emerging from a first-day slump when he finished 54th.
Lahore Golf Club’s Matloob Ahmed and Karachi’s Waheed Baloch are currently tied with Shabbir in third place.
The event is featuring a total of 52 professional golfers. Ghani Khan is leading the seniors’ professional category with one-under-par 71, whereas Waseem Rana has the top position in the amateurs’ event at one-over-par 217.
