Punjab Agriculture Minister Farrukh Javed called for joint efforts on the part of all stakeholders to address problems of the farming community while he chaired the 41st senate meeting of the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF).
Javed commended the government for setting up a think tank in a bid to cope with challenges faced by the agriculture sector. “Farmers fleeing their occupation due to rising costs should be a matter of concern. In this regard, collaboration within all the stakeholders is needed to come up with pragmatic solutions.”
