Kalimullah leads KRL to victory

HBL draw with PAF in the Premier League.

KARACHI: Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) defeated Karachi Port Trust (KPT) 1-0, while Habib Bank Limited (HBL) drew against Pakistan Air Force (Paf) 2-2 in the Pakistan Premier League (PPL).

KRL’s Kalimullah scored the only goal of the match in the 70th minute.  KRL stand second with 54 points while KPT sit on sixth place with 47.

Nizamuddin scored the first goal against HBL in the 13th minute, which was equalised by Zakir Lashari. Niamuddin completed his brace in the 82nd minute but Lashari levelled the score later. Paf are placed seventh in the PPL with 48 points while HBL stand 13th.

In other matches, Sui Southern Gas Corporation drew against Pakistan Elektron Limited 0-0.
