Missing person: Former nazim mysteriously disappears

BANNU: The former nazim of Bannu Town-II mysteriously disappeared from the area on Wednesday night. An officer of Bannu police said the former nazim of Bannu Town-II, Malik Naimatullah, left the area in his car. That was the last time Naimatullah was seen, he said. His family reported him missing to the police, after which they started a search for him, which is currently under way. The officer added the police recovered his vehicle from Chakar area in Mandan. It was parked near Daud brick kiln. Officials suspect the former nazim might have been kidnapped by unidentified armed men at gunpoint, who left his vehicle behind. The case is being investigated.
