LAHORE:

An additional district and sessions judge sought comments on Saturday from the Ichhra SHO on a petition filed by a woman seeking a case against the Muridke health and education institution chief administrator for harassing her and embezzling funds.

Samina*, an office assistant in grade 14, told the court she was working on a contract when Moeen Akhtar started harassing her. She said she told her colleagues about Akhtar’s conduct. She said they had later submitted an application to senior officers reporting Akhtar’s behaviour. They had also accused him of embezzling funds, she said. She requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against him.
