Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has directed the irrigation department and all the commissioners and local bodies to take emergency measures to cope with the heavy rains expected from next Monday to Thursday.
He issued these directives while presiding over a meeting held in the light of a fresh weather forecast released on Saturday.
