#PAKvsSL: Cricketers all praise after historic series win

Social media frenzy as Pakistan achieve a convincing victory over the hosts after nine years

After constantly criticising Pakistani cricketers for their poor performance over the past few months, players - current and former alike - praised the team for their emphatic seven-wicket victory over Sri Lanka.

Left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz, whose injury kept him out of the Sri Lankan series but did not stop him from being glued to the screen as his teammates battled it out against the Lankan's, wrote:

Will Pakistan take their winning momentum forward to secure the final match or will Sri Lanka bounce back to make the series 3-2? The answer will be revealed on Sunday at Hambantota.
