Pak-indonesia trade: President advises ambassador

President emphasised on concerted efforts to be made in order to increase Pakistan’s exports to reduce trade imbalance

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Tuesday advised Ambassador-designate of Pakistan to Indonesia Mohammad Aqil Nadeem to make efforts for further enhancing collaboration and partnership between Pakistan and Indonesia in various fields for mutual benefit of the two countries.  He underlined that bilateral trade between the two countries should be taken to new heights. “Indonesia is an important and largest Muslim country that offers great potential and scope for increasing Pakistani exports,” he said. The president emphasised on concerted efforts to be made in order to increase Pakistan’s exports to reduce trade imbalance between the two countries. He further advised Ambassador-designate to look after the interests and welfare of the Pakistani community living in Indonesia and congratulated him on his new assignment.
