Solving issues: Health dept promotes 38 doctors

Dahar also asked to look into the affairs of the nursing council and solve its long-standing issues

KARACHI: The Sindh health department has decided to promote 38 doctors from grade 19 to grade 20. Out of these 13 are females. Health minister Jam Mahtab Hussain Dahar said that a meeting of the board will be held soon. The minister directed health secretary Saeed Ahmed Mangnejo to furnish the details of vacant positions in all hospitals and fill them in order to run the affairs smoothly. Dahar also asked to look into the affairs of the nursing council and solve its long-standing issues. “We are trying to solve the issues of the health department employees so that they may perform their duties peacefully,” he said.
