King Salman called Pakistan a brotherly country and said relations between Riyadh and Islamabad are ‘exemplary’
JEDDAH:
President Mamnoon Hussain met with King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud in Jeddah later Thursday night and discussed bilateral relations, the regional situation and other matters of mutual interest. During the meeting, President Mamnoon said the people and government of Pakistan have warm feelings for the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia and hold the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques in high esteem. King Salman called Pakistan a brotherly country and said relations between Riyadh and Islamabad are ‘exemplary’. He said the Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia was very well respected for its conduct and contribution to the development of the Kingdom. President Mamnoon extended an invitation to King Salman to visit Pakistan, which was accepted.
