Improving journalism: Reporting course concludes at UoP
The course was offered under a joint venture of UoP and FATA Development Programme

Students of University of Peshawar and media professionals were awarded certificates on Wednesday for completing a three-month development journalism course offered at the university’s Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. The course was offered under a joint venture of UoP and FATA Development Programme, which is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. Faculty of Social Sciences Dean Professor Adnan Sarwar was chief guest at the ceremony. About 80 participants have been trained under the programme so far, including professionals from media and development organisations.
