A passenger bus of a private company, that had reportedly been taken hostage by kidnappers, was found near Kacha Kahu.

The bus, which was reported as 'missing' shortly after leaving Faisalabad for Multan on Tuesday evening, was found a few hours later by the Motorway Police.

According to the Motorway Police, the bus had to be stopped after a stone struck it. Initially it had been reported that the bus had been hijacked near Mian Chunnu.
