QUETTA: The Balochistan government has finalised a security plan for buses plying on Quetta-Taftan and Quetta-Karachi routes. The move follows the recent attack on a bus in Mastung in which terrorists executed 22 passengers. According to sources, the intercity coaches would go in convoys of 15 buses and the district from where the convoy passes would be responsible for the security. Police, Levies and Frontier Corps would escort the convoy as per their jurisdiction. Sources said that the security plan was finalised after consultation of government and transporters.
