Vacations: PHC closes operations for summer

It said petitioners can file cases, appeals and petitions on a daily basis, except for Sundays and public holidays

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court Additional Registrar (Admn) said proceedings would remain suspended for civil cases due to summer vacations from July 6 to September 6. However, petitioners can file their cases, appeals and petitions on a daily basis, except for Sundays and public holidays. They can do so at the principal seat as well as at the benches.
