Heist: Robbers injure guard in robbery

SARGODHA: Four robbers broke into the Central Directorate of National Savings in Sargodha on Friday and took away hundreds of thousands of rupees. They injured the security guard stationed in front of the building and fled. Police said the robbers entered the centre, situated on University Road, and held up the staff. The security guard resisted but they shot him and fled. The guard was taken to a hospital for treatment.
