Shafqat hussain case: IHC to hear convict’s plea again

The counsel for Hussain has prayed that the May 11 order be set aside

ISLAMABAD: Murder convict Shafqat Hussain has challenged the May 11 judgment of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) single bench order declaring the petition calling for formation of a judicial commission to determine Hussain’s age as not maintainable. The case has been fixed before the divisional bench comprising Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui today. The counsel for Hussain has prayed that the May 11 order be set aside.
