ISLAMABAD: After the much needed renovation, Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad was inaugurated by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday, Radio Pakistan reported.
The premier was accompanied by Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman at the inauguration of the airport which has been upgraded and renovated at a cost of Rs450 million to provide added facilities for domestic as well as international passengers.

PHOTO: EXPRESS NEWS SCREENGRABWhile PM Nawaz visited various departments of the airport, it was revealed that the new facilities not only include Delta Taxi Track, Fast-Track Building, Business Class Fast-Tack and Business Class Lounge, but also increased counters for passengers along with a larger parking space.
